Spectacular and delicious fish salad. The highlight of this salad give rice "Basmati MIX"and smoked mackerel. In this salad all the ingredients are combined, that is to say:"not subtract or add!". Why such a strange name? Just didn't know what to call it salad, so I took the first letters of the ingredients-turned out "Clear".

Cooking
Ingredients for the salad.
Put to boil the rice in salted water until tender (7-10 minutes). At the same time cook the eggs.
While the rice and eggs are cooked, peel the mackerel from the skin and cut in cubes.
And cut green onions, cucumbers-cubes.
Prepare the capacity to pick lettuce. For this we can lay down in a deep dish, cling film, slightly grease with vegetable oil, then to easily turn a salad.
On the bottom and sides put 1st layer of rice. Mayonnaise.
The 2nd layer-eggs, peeled and cut into cubes.
On the bow we of course put the fish (in my opinion is fish with onions). Fish slightly smeared with mayonnaise.
And a final layer of cucumbers.
And now voila-and our salad is on the plate. To make it easier to flip, need a dish to put our salad bowl and orderly, but rapid movement to turn.
Now safely remove the bowl and serve.
But you can decorate with cucumber or dill. But since the court may, for the beauty used the flowers and leaves, beautiful lilac.
