Pancakes with salmon

  • Milk

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda

  • Salmon

    200 g

  • Cheese curd

    1 piece

  • Dill

    3 piece

  • Salt

Mix all the ingredients for pancakes to avoid lumps. Add a little boiling water in the dough and again mix thoroughly. It should be not thick and not liquid, and evenly spread on the pan, then can be easily removed. Bake pancakes.

In cottage cheese add finely chopped dill and salmon. Mix well. I added a little salt because the salmon was almost fresh.
