Chinese new year salad
Original and delicious salad with fish. Try this salad of fish of the salmon family, treat yourself to exquisite taste.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    500 g

  • Spinach

    150 g

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Pomelo

    600 g

  • Sesame

    2 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    10 ml

  • Honey

    10 g

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    20 ml

  • Vinegar

    10 ml

  • Olive oil

    20 ml

  • Sugar

    5 g

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Fish, in my case salmon (you can use salmon, trout, chum, and sockeye), cooked in mildly boiling water 7-10 minutes, adding a couple of slices of lemon and pepper. The fish cool slightly, remove the skin, remove the bones.

Prepare the filling 1. Mix the honey (if thick, pre-melt), soy sauce and mustard.

Fish split hands to pieces, pour with the dressing 1 and leave for 20 minutes to marinate.

Pomelo peel and film, to divide each slice into 3-4 slices.

Prepare the filling 2. Mix all the ingredients from the list, and thoroughly stir to dissolve the sugar.

Spinach and green onion to wash. Finely chopped onion, spinach leaves, leave whole. Mix the spinach and onion, spread on a dish, pour with the dressing 2.

On top of the spinach put the fish along with the marinade and bits of pomelo. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
