Baked chicken with potatoes
Wanted something new.. and very stuffed!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 kg

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    300 g

  • Yogurt

    200 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Curry

    2 tsp

Cooking

To start the sauce!!! Mix sour cream, yogurt until smooth, add curry and salt, stir.

Cut each fillet in half, slightly repulsing.

Grease the pan with vegetable oil, spread beated, sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.

Cut the peeled potatoes (mine were very large) on segments.

Spread the sliced potatoes on top of the fillet.

Then liberally pour the sauce and put it into the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.

Then sprinkle with grated cheese and again in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 150 degrees.

And that's what I did.
