Ingredients

  • Wheat

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Yogurt

    175 g

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Place the bananas, yogurt, milk, wheat germ, honey and 1/2 tsp cinnamon in the bowl of a blender.

Whisk until smooth.

Pour into glasses, garnish with cinnamon. Bon appetit!
