Pickled hot peppers
Appetizer is not for the faint of heart :)

Ingredients

  • Black pepper

    30 piece

  • Rosemary

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 piece

  • Olive oil

    50 g

  • Vinegar

    5 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Iterate peppers... beautiful red:)/ burning at all, take care of your eyes.

Cut the excess.

Peel garlic and rosemary.

Throws pepper, garlic, rosemary in the pan with preheated oil. I suggest to use napkins or handkerchief and to keep the mucous membranes from inhalation of aromas.

Prepare the marinade: olive oil, vinegar, brown sea (muscavado)

From the pan put in a jar, pour the marinade and put in refrigerator.

You can eat anywhere - a matter of taste :)
