Easy vegetable dish that is very easy to prepare from available products. A recipe recently found on the Internet and decided to do. Very gentle, perfect for dinner and for lunch, perfect for weight watchers!

Form grease with oil. Zucchini, tomato cut into thin slices. Share layers: the zucchini, sprinkle with salt, pepper, cheese, ...
... layer of tomatoes. Again a layer of zucchini, seasonings, cheese, ...

Dissolve the flour or starch in milk, add the egg (I used only protein), seasoning to taste, stir and cover the vegetables.
Put in a preheated 180-190 degrees oven for 35 minutes (so says the author of the recipe). It took me 25 minutes. Remove from oven and give mass to cool slightly, then it will take the form of a soufflé and will not be spread!
