Pear tart with chocolate
Tart is an open pie , or sweet, fruit or savoury vegetable or meat. Today I propose to try the tart with juicy ripe pears and chocolate. It is both delicious and very beautiful!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Chocolate milk

    150 g

  • Pear

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Cream

    120 g

  • Vanilla

  • Butter

    125 g

Cooking

Sift 1.5 cups + 1 h/l of baking powder + 1 tbsp/l of powdered sugar +0.5 h/l cinnamon.Add the cold cut pieces of butter ( or cream margarine - 125 g ) and cook separately 1 large egg slightly beaten with 1 tbsp/l of water.

Mix well to form a single clump.Wrap film and put in the fridge for 15 min.

Pear peel and seeds.Cut horizontally into slices,but not cut through to the end.

The dough, remove from refrigerator,roll it out(the table a little flour).To shift to the form,carefully prick with a fork.To put in heated to 200 C oven for 15 minutes to Remove.

Sprinkle baked Foundation 150g grated chocolate and put on top of peeled pear.

Now whisk 1 egg + 1 egg yolk+ 120g cream+ a little vanilla and pour this mixture in the tart.Pear on top sprinkle a little sugar and put in pre-heated to 200C oven for 10 minutes. after 10 minutes, diminish the temperature to 180C. and bake for another 25-30 min. to Remove. Cool. And Enjoy .

Usually I cut the tart so that each portion turned half pear. Bon appetit!
