Description
Delicious salad for fans of Asian cuisine. It can be cook with chicken and Turkey and lean pork. This marinade perfect for any meat and make it juicy and tender. Filling and delicious even just on the green leaves, as a replacement for the classic mixture of oil and vinegar. If you don't like spicy, just replace the chili to a regular green bell pepper.

1. The cleaned ginger, garlic and stalks of cilantro finely chopped, put in bowl and add soy sauce and lime juice.
2. Pour meat with marinade and put into the refrigerator for 5-6 hours. Flip the meat after 3 hours of marinating.
3. For dressing mix the soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice and brown sugar in a bowl with a whisk.
4. A thin stream pour in sunflower oil, continuing to whisk.
5. This dressing is stored, even outside the refrigerator in a closed container for up to one week. Before using a jar of dressing a good shake.
6. Red onion cut into very thin half-rings, chili pepper – thin strips. Separate leaves of greens.
7. Drain the marinade from the meat and wipe it with a paper towel. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the oil on medium heat on both sides and laterally for 5 minutes or until done. Put fried meat in a bowl, tightly wrap the foil and leave to walk and to rest.
8. Ready meat to cut thin plates.
