Enchiladas with pork
Spicy, tangy Mexican dish. From simple products, but how delicious.... :))) Recipe for loaded:)

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Tomato paste

    400 g

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Corn

    0.5 can

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Chili

    2 tsp

  • Pellet

  • Salt

  • Cheese

    100 g

1. Take a can of corned beef (500 g) and warmed them for 1 minute in the microwave. Then pour the mixture in the sieve to escape unnecessary.

2. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. In a pan and throw finely chopped garlic and chilli. Fry a couple of minutes.

3. Then put the tomato paste (you can take the tomatoes in their own juice), water and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Add chopped green onions and turn off heat.

5. Filling: mix the meat, corn and a couple tablespoons of sauce.
