Offer you a recipe for rolls scrambled eggs that are made very quickly and simply. This is a recipe from a cooking magazine (the name, unfortunately, I will not say, because I got only a clipping of the recipe). And since the name of the dish "Chelsea"(which I have not invented, it was called), that I dedicate these rolls to our cook-Tanya(Chelsea). Tanya, this is for you.

Prepare the filling: cheese to RUB with salt, pepper+ pressed garlic + chopped spinach (pre-washed and squeeze out excess water), and I have a little bit of garlic. Mix well and season with mayonnaise (or sour cream is optional). If instead of cottage cheese processed cheese, the cheese to grate, then the same as with cheese.
Now prepare the dough for rolls. For this well whisk the eggs with the mayonnaise and flour (I did this in a food processor) + salt, pepper to your taste.
Now you have to bake the omelet. Can this mixture be poured on a baking tray lined with paper, and bring to readiness in the oven. But I didn't, and fried in a skillet 2 scrambled eggs on both sides until Golden brown (just I had enough for two omelets in my pan). The photo of the finished omelet and filling.

....pour sauce (for example, sour cream or mayonnaise+sour cream 50:50). I have sour cream with salt and pepper. And bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. I baked it in the microwave for 5 minutes.
Put on plate and top with the sauce in which the rolls have baked, decorate as desired (I have leaves of garlic and top with sun-dried tomatoes).
