Cooking
Chicken and season with spice mixture and salt from two sides, leave for 15 minutes
Will rakalite the oil in a pan and fry the fillets on both sides (about 5 minutes each side), season with teriyaki sauce and cook for another 5 minutes
Remove from heat and generously pour lemon juice on both sides. Cover and cool completely, then refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Lemon juice will make the fillets more dense and it won't crumble when cutting. As you can see, the slices are fine and smooth. All fillet cut into slices as thin as possible
Take two slices and turn their rolls, fasten with toothpicks
Feta cheese mash with a fork until smooth. If the cheese is slightly firm - add a couple of spoons of sour cream
The half canned apricots from pastry bag squeeze feta cheese
On top, place the "rose" of the chicken and garnish with parsley.
