Cooking
Soft margarine whipped with sugar, vanilla, pinch of salt and Aroma (no flavors, add a packet of vanilla sugar). One to mix the eggs (with mixer at high speed) and pour 75 ml of wine. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cocoa, cinnamon.
Flour with additives to add to oil-egg mixture, whisk (mixer on medium speed),
at the end of the whisking add the grated chocolate or, like me, the chocolate sticks. Mix well,
pouring it into the molds. I got 6 hearts and 12 muffins. Bake 20-25 minutes in preheated to 180*oven.
While the muffins bake make the filling. For this mix the icing sugar with red wine. Add the wine gradually, until a viscous homogeneous mass of pink. 250 grams of powder takes about 5-6 tbsp of wine.
Take out the finished muffins from the oven, let cool slightly and pour filling.
Muffins should be warm, then the shading goes on even better.
Decorate until the fill is not frozen, and it happens pretty quickly.
Very flavorful and tender muffins!
With Valentine's Day, dear cooks!
