Prepare the sourdough. Mix milk, eggs, sugar, salt and yeast. Add half the flour, stir, cover with film and leave in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours.

After 2 hours, add the remaining flour and softened butter and knead elastic dough (if necessary add flour), cover with foil again and leave for 1.5-2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cookie sheet cover with paper, greased with oil (I had no paper is over!!). From the test do balls 3-4 cm in diameter and spread on a baking sheet.

The three cheese on a grater, add garlic, mix. Each ball pestle make deepening and put 1 tsp. of the mixture of cheese and garlic. Coat the buns with the beaten egg yolk. And leave on 30 minutes to come.
