Salad
Easy to prepare, economical and delicious salad. I often prepare it for the arrival of guests and the daily table. I think that will be useful for Lenten table.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1 can

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Soy sauce

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Greens

    3 coup

Cooking

Prepare all vegetables and ingredients.

Onions finely shred.

Grate the carrot using a large grater, and it is better, if any, through the Korean grater.

Garlic finely chop.

Greens coarsely chop.

Drain the liquid from the jar and put beans.

Tomato cut into cubes.

Onions and carrots quickly ( about 1 minute) fry in hot vegetable oil and put into a bowl.

Beans and garlic are just as quickly sauté (1 minute) on the oil, put in a bowl.

Tomatoes slightly to fry and put in a bowl.

Combine all the vegetables, put the chopped greens, add the soy sauce and salt to taste and mix well.
