Description
The site has recipes bigos, but this is a little different. The recipe comes from the newspaper "Antenna". Very tasty and hearty dish.

Cooking
If the mushrooms are dry, they should be soaked (I had fresh frozen), combine with sauerkraut, add cold water (1 Cup) and Bay leaf and saute under cover (about 30 minutes).
Onion cut into cubes, fry in oil, add the pieces of meat (I had pork and chicken). Fry all together (about 10-15 minutes).
Fresh cabbage chopped (for recipe it had a little cook in boiling water, but I never did).
To shift meat to sauerkraut. To add to the same chopped smoked sausage or bacon and prunes. Season with spices and salt to taste.
Add the Kale. (Pour a glass of cold water, if not boiled). Cover and simmer on low heat, occasionally stirring. After 60 minutes add the red wine, stir and simmer for another half an hour
Serve very hot. And even better the next day.
