Description

Grenadier in orange sauce
Fried fish with a sauce of orange and tangerine. I suggest to try this great sauce not just for fish but also poultry dishes.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    500 g

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Mandarin

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    1 tsp

  • Water

    50 ml

Cooking

The fish and season with salt and fry in olive oil until tender. Transfer to a plate.

Finely chopped garlic and parsley lightly fried.

From orange and tangerine juice (130ml) dissolved in juice sugar. Dissolve the flour in 50 ml of water. Pour the juice to the greens, a little to evaporate, add the flour mass, bring the sauce to a boil and remove from heat.
