Proteins separated from the yolks. RUB the yolks with the sugar with a fork. Enter the egg yolks with the sugar (20) sifted flour, milk and mix until smooth. Separately, using a mixer, beat egg whites. Without stopping whisking, to introduce the remaining sugar (50g) 1/3 of the whipped proteins add to the yolks, mixed with flour, and gently mix by lifting dough layer by layer, from the top down. Add the remaining egg whites, baking powder, vanilla and gently stir the dough down. Put the dough in the baking dish. Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes at ~180°C .
