The recipe for this cookie brought children from work (or to be more precise, the girl my son, that's called a cookie in her honor). So she decided to bake for the weekend. But I undertook to do this first, because the recipe is not tested, and you never know what could happen (and as you know, in the net and I can print that then go).

Here's the recipe. So first thing's first, prepare the baking tray. It vystelit baking paper and grease a little oil. Why preparation is in the beginning rather than later? Yes, it's very simple... We will deal with the protein test. And the protein is known to be very capricious creature. It should immediately be put to use. You need to let it sit and everything... on the bottom of the tank (where it is whipped into a foam protein) begins to separate the liquid and repeat the stirring protein mass becomes slightly thinner, and has nothing to do with it. So ready protein dough we will immediately arrange on the prepared baking sheet. ORIGINALLY, I DID EVERYTHING EXACTLY ACCORDING TO THE RECIPE. Your additions will write below.
