Chocolate-cherry dessert
Three-layer dessert. The abundance of cherries and chocolate with a wonderful cap of whipped cream. Serve with biscuits.

Ingredients

  • Chocolate milk

    80 g

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Flour

    60 g

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cherry

    1 handful

  • Black tea

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Jam

    3 tsp

Cooking

finely chop dried cherries, brew strong tea, add the optional cognac and pour the cherries for 10 minutes

chocolate melt with butter in a water bath

heat the oven to 180 degrees. test I have came to 3 these are the Cup (3rd over), brush them with oil of cherries to drain in a colander and drain off liquid

beat egg with sugar. Beat with a mixer at first speed and 7 minutes, should get this kind of mixture

add melted chocolate, flour, mix thoroughly add dried cherries and stir again. Put in a Cup 1 tsp of cherry jam, chocolate dough.

bake at 180*C on the middle shelf for 15 min. to Whip the cream, gradually adding the vanilla sugar. Dessert get out of the oven, it needs to be liquid inside. Leave it to cool down. Garnish with whipped cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate. Serve with biscuits
