Cooking
Ingredients for cooking meat baguette with rice and vegetables.
Bell pepper cut into cubes.
2 tbsp rice "amber" steamed TM Mistral add into the tank, rinse, fill with cold water to boil until soft in salted water. Then again rinse with cold water. The rice in the filling should be crumbly!
In a pan add water, put the vegetables, simmer until soft and the liquid is evaporated
The water has boiled away, vegetables have acquired the necessary softness. It is important not to overcook vegetables!
Add to vegetables paprika (1 teaspoon), black pepper (0.5 teaspoon), a mixture of herbs (parsley, dill, Basil), salt add to taste.
Stir the mixture and return to low heat. Add the vegetable oil (4 tablespoons), saute a few minutes (5 - 10 min.)
To vegetable mixture add boiled washed rice.
Table cover with cling film, lay out the prepared stuffing, flatten. Layer thickness approximately 1 see
Spread vegetable mixture with rice.

Spread meat baguette seam side down on a greased baking dish. To make cuts steam to escape and avoid the side gaps. Baguette grease with vegetable oil, send in the oven for baking. Bake until soft.
