Egg rolls with salmon cream
Light and soft rolls in which one flavor harmoniously complements the other and balanced by a third. This amazing appetizer, I want to give talented and wonderful Oksanochka /ogiway/ in honor of her Birthday!

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    100 g

  • Milk

    4 Tbsp

  • Cheese curd

    100 g

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

  • Cucumber

    0.5 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

These are the basic ingredients. 4 eggs lightly beat with a fork, season with salt, add the flour, 4 tbsp fat milk and chopped greens /I have dill, parsley and green onion/.

The pan is not large diameter to bake the egg pancakes.

Salted fish finely chop and mix with cottage cheese and chopped greens.

Spread the filling on the pancake, add it with thin slices of fresh cucumber and roll the rolls.

I just turned 5 rolls.

Slice the rolls into pieces of about 4 see and enjoy. It is very tender and delicious! My family liked the dish, even my grandparents, who because of age is not so easy to please.
