Pate stomachs and vegetables
This is a favorite pie of my husband. Very tasty to eat with Apple chips and sweet tea. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Chicken stomachs

    800 g

  • Stomach

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Allspice

    4 piece

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    60 g

Cooking

Carrots cut into large julienne strips, onion half-rings.

Season with salt and pepper, add the sugar and fry until transparent onion.

Add the cooked gizzards...

And soy sauce. Fry all together for 10 minutes. Cool.

Next grind all using a blender.

For a more homogeneous structure, grind and even immersion blender.

To the pâté molds and pour the melted butter. Put into the refrigerator for 1 hour. Bon appetit!.
