Cooking
Made homemade yogurt from a starter of goat's milk. Done in a special thermos for 12 hours (night). Took the colander, saucepan and cheesecloth four layers. A colander placed in a saucepan.
Posted in cheesecloth yogurt, covered with the ends of the cheesecloth and put it in the fridge. Done cheese day.
Serum poured 700 ml of cheese which means it must be 300 g.
