Salad with chickpeas
Salad from the category of "simple and delicious". Chickpeas gives it a distinctive, nutty flavor.

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    100 g

  • Feta

    100 g

  • Olives

    50 g

  • Corn

    100 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    100 g

  • Pepper

    0.25 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Cilantro

  • Basil

To prepare this salad, I used chickpeas brand "Mistral"

Chickpeas pre-soaked not less than 4 hours. Rinse chickpeas, cover with water, bring to a boil. The first 10 minutes of cooking on high heat, then 50-60 minutes on low. For a few minutes until cooked add salt.

Cut tomatoes into.

Pepper cleaned, cut into small cubes.

Black olives coarsely chopped.

Feta cut into cubes.

Mix all ingredients, add the cooled chickpeas and canned corn. Salt sea salt, sprinkle a good olive oil.
