Sour cream muffins with cornmeal
Sunny muffins with candied fruit! Dough with sour cream with condensed milk and corn flour made it tender, rich, porous, nice colors!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    300 g

  • Condensed milk

    70 g

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Corn flour

    70 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Candied

    2 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Mix with a whisk the egg, sour cream and condensed milk.

Add the sugar, vanilla sugar and vegetable oil, mix well.

Add two types of flour and leavening agent. Mix thoroughly.

The dough thicker than for pancakes, does not drip off the spoon.

Add the candied fruit, stir again.

Spread the dough on the molds and sent to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Readiness check wooden skewer.
