Ingredients

  • Lamb

    1 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Jam

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Chili

    0.5 piece

  • Dry red wine

    100 ml

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Lamb cut into even pieces.

Now we start to prepare the marinade. Onion and garlic finely chop and simmer in oil for 3 minutes.

Add the tomato and curry. Simmer for another three minutes.

Now add all the other ingredients except milk. Simmer for ten minutes straight.

Once ten minutes have passed, turn off the fire and pour in cold milk. Stir.

Pour the meat and leave to marinate. Time depends on Your desire to eat! Naturally, the longer the better! I lasted 4 hours.
