Sausage buckwheat-chicken
Baked sausages delicious both hot and cold; absolutely low-fat and fairly low calorie.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    0.5 kg

  • Buckwheat

    7 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Chicken and bow them in a meat grinder, add 2 eggs, pepper.

Meanwhile, cook the buckwheat and allow it to cool slightly.

Mix minced chicken with buckwheat, mix well.
