Cooking
Cabbage to wash, cut the stalk and some leaves from the inside, so that left wall thickness of about 1.5 cm.
Bacon cut into strips, fry in vegetable oil.
Add the garlic, chopped onion (small onion) - diced.
Bell pepper, diced. Fry a couple of minutes.
Add cabbage leaves, sliced it finely, but not very finely.
Add salt, pepper, sugar - to taste. And balsamic vinegar.
Add the beans without liquid.
And boiled until soft rice.
Received stuffing, stuff the cabbage.
Tomatoes cut crosswise, pour over boiling water and remove the skins. Grind tomatoes in a blender.
For filling, the second onion cut into strips and fry in a little vegetable oil. Add to the onions tomatoes. A little salt and pepper - to taste.
Cabbage put in pan (I left a bit of meat, I put it at the bottom). Pour dressing, add a little boiled water as needed (you want the liquid reached the middle of the cabbage).
Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat until tender cabbage (about 25-30 minutes, but it all depends on Your taste, and you longer).
