Cooking

step-0
For a basis I took the cakes Ira dog-rose http://www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/40769/. Just added into the dough a few drops of lemon juice. Bake three pieces.
step-1
Make the syrup: mix sugar with water and bring to a boil, remove the foam, slightly cooled, and add 1 tbsp lemon juice (from one lemon).
step-2
Make custard cream air (to be honest, when I made it, the mass was similar to scrambled eggs :-) 1. Separate the whites from the yolks. 2. RUB the yolks with sugar.
step-3
3. Add milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
step-4
4. Whisk in the cold whites and gently (right!) added to the mass. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly! 5. Slightly cool, add lemon juice (from the remaining part of the lemon). To use the cream is warm, when it cools down completely, it will be watery.
step-5
Put the cake together. Cake - syrup - cream - cake - syrup - cream. Cut into thin slices (as possible) is orange. Fill it with syrup and a little ovarium. These oranges are placed on top of the cake and pour the remaining liquid-syrup. Put the cake in the cold.
step-6
Do the instructions jelly (I used "Russian product": the contents of the sachet dissolved in a glass of hot boiled water, stir; to put on cold). When the jelly has stiffened, in arbitrary order put it to the oranges. And again in the cold until the morning (if you bake like I do, in the evening :-)
step-7
And...enjoy your drink!!!
step-8
Cake was not dry, but not greasy. Poluprov-pollutant. I wanted to use Irina's cakes, and the rest were invented by itself (of course, in addition to the basic recipe of cream, it is a classic). Did not expect that the cake will disperse so quickly! :-)
