The recipe is simple, but it turns out very tasty fish, as if that is not pink at all, and the representative of the salmon family. It turns out the snack is truly a delicacy with rich flavor, color, beautiful and unusual cut.

Cooking
Salmon rinse, remove the intestines.
I have caught fish with caviar, so I also use.
Fillet cut into large pieces, add the eggs.
Add sugar TM Mistral (Universal), salt, vegetable oil.
Put in a package and leave for 2 days, turning occasionally.
Combine with prepared fish.
Add in the soaked and dissolved gelatine, mix thoroughly.
Put into any shape, put the package and press (but I, unfortunately, forgot to put the press). Put in the fridge for a couple of hours.
