Beetroot carpaccio with grilled cheese
First tasted this dish I fell in love with beets forever!

Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Soft cheese

    1 piece

  • Balsamic

    3 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    2 pinch

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

A set of products. However, in my case, before using the vinegar from white grapes and garlic is not reached.

Boil the beets until done /I did a couple and cut into thin slices. The thinner the slices are, the better they are marinated the tastier it will be and beets.

To prepare the marinade. To do this, mix balsamic vinegar, salt and honey. The marinade should be sweet and sour and like the taste. To grease with marinade each slice beets from both sides, remove it in a suitable container with lid /I used the "Waxey"/ and put into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. My beets were marinated for almost a day.

For frying I used a grill cheese "President". That's how it looks raw.

For flavor sprinkle cheese and spices. And quickly fry on medium heat until tender on the inside.

And this is the finished dish!

Piquant taste of pickled beetroot combines perfectly with the creamy soft cheese. To enhance the effect, you can sprinkle the finished dish with pine nuts.
