Phala
Pkhali is prepared from the whole: green beans, beets, leaves of radish, eggplant, nettle, spinach and other greens. Therefore, it is a bright rich vegetable dish perfect for lent.

Ingredients

  • Green beans

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Walnuts

    0.333 cup

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.25 tsp

  • Khmeli-suneli

    0.5 tsp

  • Basil

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Cut onion into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until they Golden brown.

Garlic, nuts, cilantro puree them in a blender.

Beans boil until tender in salted water, recline in a colander. Grind in a blender.

Combine the beans with crushed walnuts, garlic and cilantro, add the spices and salt. Stir.

Add vinegar, stir and refrigerate for half an hour. Shape the meatballs and serve. You can sprinkle sesame seeds or chopped herbs!
