Boiled beef in sea buckthorn sauce
Juicy and flavorful boiled meat with spicy sauce sea buckthorn is very tasty! We don't normally cook in good flesh, leaving it to other, more interesting meals. But properly cooked meat tasty and healthy, besides being cooked does not even require the presence of the hostess in the kitchen, allowing you to do something else.

The pulp to be washed and put in the bowl of a slow cooker or a saucepan. It is better to cook one large piece, it will be juicier. But I had 4 average.
