Tomatoes dessert
Tried these tomatoes at a party. I have to say, I liked it very much, the onion of them - also delicious. Here on the website I found a couple of recipes, but one without a photo (http://www.povareno k.ru/recipes/show/37 30/), and the second neponyatka with the ingredients (http://www.povareno k.ru/recipes/show/12 529/)

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    1 kg

  • Onion

  • Water

    1 l

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    1 pack

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Carnation

    3 piece

  • Black pepper

    6 piece

  • Allspice

    4 piece

  • Pepper white

    10 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Basil

    1 tsp

So, wash tomatoes and cut in half or into quarters (depends on size, if small, can entire). Onions cut into half rings. The amount of onions here at will.

In STERILIZED jar pour 1 tbsp oil and put the spices (Bay, black pepper and allspice, cloves, white pepper, Basil)

Here's our marinade is ready, boil. Fill tomatoes and set to be sterilized for about 15-20 minutes.

After the time remove the Bank + 1st. L. vinegar (ONLY the MAIN thing NOT to FORGET) and are clogging. Allow to cool. I put them in the fridge (I have small banks). Banks should form a jelly, and this can only happen in the cold.
