Seasonal salad
Mevsim salatasi, or seasonal salad - so it is called in Turkey, is a very popular salad vegetables and herbs. Its brightness will decorate any table! And how useful it is for the body, which spring requires vitamins!

Ingredients

  • Radishes

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Lettuce

  • Arugula

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Cabbage, red,

Cooking

Cut into strips cabbage, mixed with vinegar (I have wine), leave for 10 minutes. Tomatoes pour for a few minutes in hot water.

Radish also cut into strips. Carrot RUB on a coarse grater. Laid in a dish (bowl) in small groups.

Cut the skinless tomatoes into small cubes. Also put a bunch of carrots and radish. Add the Kale.
