The Dukan diet. The alternation of protein and vegetable day.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

  • Curry

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Gherkins

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Bow white

    0.25 piece

  • Sesame

  • Garlic powder

  • Soy sauce

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

Cut the chicken, pickle it in a mixture of mustard, soy sauce, salt and curry. Fry the chicken in a pan WITHOUT OIL and at the end add a little yogurt. Stir and immediately remove from heat.

Cut tomato, cucumber finely. Put all in a bowl, then chicken.

For the sauce: onions, pepper and yogurt in a blender grind. Pour salad mixture, sprinkle top with garlic powder and sesame seeds.
