Salad in Korean
What is a picnic without vegetables? Can I offer you a zesty and delicious salad that very well fits the barbecue and not only.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Turnips

    1 piece

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Pine nuts

    50 g

You will need a set of vegetables.

The turnips and grate on a grater for Korean carrot. Season with a little salt and put on paper towel for 20 minutes.

Onion cut into quarter-rings, cleaned mushrooms - slices, pepper strips. Carrots grate on a grater for Korean carrot, sprigs of celery cut into small pieces. Garlic to squeeze on the frog.

Turnip a little squeeze. In a wok or large frying pan, heat the oil and fry the turnip, the onion and garlic for 3 minutes over medium heat.

To make the sauce. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and sugar. Fill the cooled vegetables. Sprinkle pine nuts or mixture of nuts and seeds, as I have.
