Cakes with candy
My specialty cakes. Dairy turn into caramel. The dough always turns out. I use this recipe somewhere about 5 years. Do not ever let down.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    50 g

  • Flour

    1.5 l

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Candy

    400 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

Cooking

Milk bring to a boil. Mix butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar. Pour this mixture into the hot milk. Stir. Allow to cool.

Slightly warm the mass to dissolve the yeast. Knead the dough. The amount of flour to adjust ( the dough should not be tight and should not stick to hands. It's soft and elastic to the touch). Cover with a clean towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

But my candy: "little bird" and "Eclair". You can take "cow", "glass of milk" or other dairy

Begin to form patties.

When the patties are formed, leave them in a warm place for 45 minutes.

Bake at 180 degrees until cooked. ( for me it took 35 min.)
