Cooking
Beat the eggs with sugar.
Cheese and softened butter mix thoroughly in a separate bowl. Add to egg-sugar mixture and mix well.
Add vanilla (vanilla sugar), baking powder, mix well. Add the flour and mix with a mixer.
Banana and kiwi cleaned, cut into small cubes and gently stir into the dough.
Sort shapers, 1/4 short up to the brim. I have silicone molds, it only needs to be sprinkled with water before laying the dough, if you use others, then they must be pre-greased with vegetable oil.
Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick.
