Cooking
Here is what you need.
9 proteins whisk with 2 tbsp. of sugar.
Add 9 egg yolks, 1 tsp soda (repaid with lemon juice), 1 package baking powder, 1 sachet of vanillin and 3.5 cups of flour. Stir it carefully.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.On a baking sheet greased plums. oil pour 1/2 of the dough and bake the cake.Bake 25 - 30 min. the same we do with the remaining batter.
Cut the cake into pieces (not very small).
Prepare the cream: beat 300 gr. drain. oil and 2 tbsp. sugar and begin to add a tablespoon of sour cream gradually, whisking.
Spread on a dish in a chaotic manner the first layer of cake and pour cream.
Spread the filling. It can be from any fruit or nuts. I did such.
Next, spread the second layer of the cake (closer to the middle that would slide) and we perform the same operation.
After the last layer of cake, drizzled with cream and sprinkle with all the nuts or fruit.Leave the cake to soak.
