Tender soufflé with a pleasant lemon taste will appeal to kids and adults!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Strawberry

    8 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Gelatin

    2 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

Soak gelatin in 0.5 cups of water and leave for half an hour.After half an hour add the gelatin to half a Cup of sugar and dissolve on low heat (do not boil). Beat three proteins in the lush foam. While continuing to whisk, pour a thin stream of gelatin.Add there grated on a grater zest of one lemon and 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Beat on thick. Then take the form , put into it 8 klubnikin and pour the mixture!Put in refrigerator to harden!

While souffle freezes cook the glaze. Take two tablespoons cocoa, 2 tablespoons sugar, milk.All mix and proverjaem over low heat until the sugar is dissolved(approx.1 minute). Then I add a piece of butter to our glaze set. Glaze remove from heat and allow it to cool slightly.Spread frosting frozen souffle. Put in the fridge for 20 minutes. All! You can enjoy a nice delicate flavor!!!
