Description

Chicken in yoghurt sauce
A relatively quick dish, if you pre-marinate. Filet was very tender, flavorful and not dry.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ginger

    2 tsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Potato flakes

Cooking

All the spices, mix and add the yogurt,stir,the sauce is ready.

Fillet to wash out,remove the film and slice.

Marinate the fillets for about two hours.I turned on all night,as they say set and forget(of course in the fridge).

Then fillet breaded in potato flakes from two sides, lightly pressing the breading.

And fry on a medium heat.
