Vegetable casserole with sausages
Very tasty and hearty casserole is loved by all in our family. Try and I hope you will not remain indifferent.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Sausage

    200 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

The most important thing in this casserole - it's all vegetables and fry them, drain the excess fat after roasting. Cabbage fry in vegetable oil (I added a little tomato for color).

Potatoes clean, cut into cubes and fry.

Zucchini cut into circles and fry.

Onions and peppers finely chopped, carrots grate on a coarse grater and fry the vegetables in vegetable oil.

Sausages cut into circles (if you have cooked sausage, then diced) and also fry.

Grease the pan with vegetable oil and place the vegetables in layers. The main thing here is the condition - the bottom should be the potatoes, and top sausage (sausage). Whisk eggs with salt and pour the casserole. Sprinkle top of cheese and in a preheated oven to 200C for 15-20 minutes, so grabbed the eggs.
