Chicken fillet marinated in coconut milk with ginger and spices, grilled over charcoal - gentle aromatic spicy dish, melting in the mouth!

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    4 piece

  • Coconut milk

    200 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Ginger

    30 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Green bell pepper

    1 piece

  • Pepper green

  • Cilantro

  • Coriander

Chicken fillet cut into large cubes (for skewers); the garlic, ginger and chillies, peel and finely slice; salad pepper coarsely chop; chop the greens.

Fillet pieces marinated in a mixture of soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, peppers, herbs and spices;

pour coconut milk and leave for 2 hours (can be overnight) in a cool place.
