Pilaf
Really wanted rice, but meat is not found, but discovered was a can of corned beef. I decided to try. Of course, the pilaf my dish doesn't look like rice with stew... But still similar. Moreover, it turned out delicious!!!

Ingredients

  • Stew

    1 can

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

Cooking

Carrots grate on a coarse grater. Onion cut into cubes. All fry in vegetable oil.

Add corned beef and saute for 5 minutes.

Pour rice. I have not washed it. Add water, a little vegetable oil. Stir, cover and simmer over low heat, stirring from time to time.

When the rice is almost ready, add the salt, spices, tomato paste.

I made the rice in the pan.
