Cooking
First you need to boil the rice until almost cooked. Drain in a colander and let the water drain out.
The Bulgarian pepper, carrots and onions cut into small cubes.

To roll the roulade, starting to wrap the edge where the rice stuffing, the edges well stung. Put the strudel on a baking tray and grease it with beaten egg. Bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven about 40 minutes until Golden brown.
For the sauce: in the bowl of a blender put the chopped cucumbers, onion, mayonnaise. Grind in a blender. Add the finely chopped parsley.
