Universal tomato and red pepper sauce
This sauce is versatile because it can be used for any side dish, including meat, fish, hamburgers instead of ketchup.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    500 g

  • Pepper

    500 g

  • Onion

    300 g

  • Olive oil

    100 ml

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Peel the onion, wash, chop and place in blender. Grind. You can cut it into small cubes.

In the bowl multivarki pour olive (or vegetable) oil, add chopped onion and simmer for 15-20 minutes. the longer you stew the onion, the less it will be felt in the gravy.

Wash tomatoes, cut into wedges.

Put in a blender and grind until smooth.

Bulgarian pepper to wash, remove seeds, chop.

Put in a blender and grind until smooth.

With stewed onions, add chopped tomatoes and bell pepper.

Then pour the salt, sugar, spices, pepper.

Add soy sauce, Kikkoman. Mix well and simmer for 15 minutes. Peel a garlic, squeeze through press and add 2 minutes until the fire.

Spread sauce in hot sterilized banks, dry (preferably sterilized in the oven), pour the gravy and roll sterilized lids dry (pulled from hot water and quickly dried with a sterile cloth). Try to do everything very quickly. After the seaming banks to turn upside down, cover with blanket and leave until cool.
