Eggplant in tomato sauce
Share with you a very simple and quick recipe to prepare eggplant. The eggplant came out very tasty and no spices for this dish is not necessary-all the products are themselves complementary to your mix!!! This recipe will definitely appeal to those who like eggplant, tomatoes and garlic!!! And for extra flavor, just a little bell pepper!!!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    6 piece

  • Greens

    200 g

  • Salt

Cut eggplant into as you wish or you used-kropeczkami or prongs, like me and soak in water with salt for 15 minutes so that the bitterness is gone.

Pepper cut into very thin strips.

Tomatoes to RUB on a grater. You can certainly use a blender or food processor. But, I prefer using a hand grater. The less utensils in the kitchen, the less it clean)))

To the tomatoes add the chopped herbs and garlic and salt. All mix well and taste for flavor.

Eggplant fry on both sides. Losing weight can be simply sliced eggplant mixed with vegetable oil and lay on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes at 170-180gr.

All of us are ready-start to collect our appetizer!!! First layer the eggplant of course (as you have noticed, I roasted the eggplant in the form of "tongues" and I have them cut into pieces) next layer-bell pepper, sliced, shredded.

Now add the prepared tomato dressing. Repeat the layers. Between the break, you can also season with a little salt-targeting to your taste!!!

I always leave a little bit of eggplant to decorate the top. On the table looks very nice and decoration greens-all the intrigue!!! Don't know why, but this appetizer very quickly "flies away" from the table. While it is always 5-6 salads are always on the table too are)))
