Small plates duck with eggplant

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Bacon

    75 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Dill

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

Eggplant wash and finely chop, pour the soy sauce, allow to stand until saturated.

Finely chop bacon and fry until brown in the pan, add the eggplant on medium heat bring them to readiness periodically stirring.

In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, egg, fried eggplant with bacon. Add the grated cheese and finely chopped dill.

Shape the cheese cakes, and dip them in flour. (Alternatively roll into small balls roll in flour and deep fry it)

In a hot pan greased with butter fry on one side until it will turn brown, turn diminish the fire to medium and fry under the lid for another 5-8 minutes.
